Q: Why should I buy a Direct E-Cig electronic cigarette rather than one of your competitors? answer
A: We have taken a device that was invented in China and designed by Chinese engineers and improved it to the point where we feel it is a far superior product. Our engineers have worked to produce a longer lasting battery, superior baffling in the atomizer to virtually eliminate leaking, smoother air flow for an effortless drag and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the nicotine solution is MADE IN THE USA. We only use nicotine from certified laboratories, all of our solutions (propylene glycol, glycerin and flavorings) come from U.S. labs.
Q: What is an electronic cigarette? answer
A: An electronic cigarette is a revolutionary device that gives smokers and other tobacco users an excellent alternative to smoking, chewing tobacco, etc. With the Direct E-Cig electronic cigarette there is no carbon monoxide, inhalation of heated gases, flame, ash, tar, second hand smoke or unpleasant smells.
Q: How will using your product help me? answer
A: While the vast majority of smokers are addicted to nicotine, most also crave the physical act of holding a cigarette in their hand, raising it to their mouth and drawing a puff (oral fixation). The e-cigarette allows you to do this as well as get a dose of nicotine. We offer 3 levels of nicotine as well as a cartridge that doesn’t contain any nicotine at all.
Q: What ingredients are in the Direct E-Cig electronic cigarette? answer
A: Our solution contains:
- Propylene Glycol (Made in the U.S.A.)
- Glycerin (Made in the U.S.A.)
- Natural and Artificial Flavoring (Made in the U.S.A.)
- Nicotine (certified 98% pure)
Q: Are they really legal to smoke in public places? answer
A: Yes, it’s fine to smoke them anywhere (subject to the discretion of the property owner where the use takes place).
Q: Can you smell the smoke from an e-cigarette? answer
A: Since you are not burning anything there is no real smoke. What you see when you exhale is a vapor cloud which will usually dissipate within a second or two. There might be a slight scent in the air but it will also dissipate very quickly.
Q: How long will I have to wait for my Direct E-Cig order to be shipped? answer
A: We do our best to ship all approved orders within 2 business days.
Q: What strength options do I have? answer
A: We sell our cart-o-misers in 4 strengths: High (16MG), Medium (8MG), Low (4MG) and No Nicotine.
Q: What flavor options do I have? answer
A: We only offer tobacco and menthol options. We do not offer flavored options because like many of you, we have children and we don’t want them to try our product.
Q: What do I get in my Starter Kit? answer
A: Your Starter Kit contains everything you need to get you going and includes 1 battery, wall charger, 10 cartridges (= to approximately 8 to 10 packs of cigarettes) in your choice of flavor and nicotine strength and instructions.
Q: What do I get in my Complete Starter Kit: answer
A: Your Complete Starter Kit contains everything you need to get you going and keep you going and includes 2 batteries, wall charger, car charger, 10 cartridges (= to approximately 8 to 10 packs of cigarettes) in your choice of flavor and nicotine strength and instructions.
Q: How long will a cartridge last? answer
A: On average we find a cartridge will last approximately 150 to 200 puffs. This is safely equal to ¾ to 1 pack of cigarettes. Obviously, if you draw very hard and long it will last less and if you draw light or short, it will last longer.
Q: How long will a cart-o-miser last? answer
A: On average we find the cart-o-misers will last approximately 450 puffs. This is safely equal to 2 packs of cigarettes. Obviously, if you draw very hard and long it will last less and if you draw light or short, it will last longer.
Q: How will I know when I need to replace my cartridge or cart-o-miser? answer
A: You will get approximately 150 to 200 puffs from your cartridge and 450 puffs out of your cart-o-miser depending on how deep and long you draw on the e-cig. This is equal to approximately ¾ to 1 pack of cigarettes for the cartridges and 2 packs for the cartomiser. The amount and thickness of the vapor cloud will quickly decline when the cartridge/cart-o-miser is running out and you will lose flavor. When you notice a substantial decrease, replace your cartridge/cart-o-miser.
Q: How do the costs compare to that of smoking ordinary cigarettes? answer

Q: How long do the batteries and atomizers last? answer
A: All our batteries come with a 90 day warranty but we certainly recommend you have at least one spare in case you forget to charge it or it’s damaged. Atomizers will last approximately one month if properly maintained and under normal use. Click here for your spare battery or atomizer.
Q: Can I use other manufacturers' cartridges and accessories? answer
A: No, our engineering and quality control is second to none and we cannot warranty our products if someone attempts to use them with inferior products.
Q: Is there an On/Off switch? answer
Absolutely not! The Direct E-Cig electronic cigarettes are equipped with a micro chip that not only limits the number of drags and length of each drag in order to prevent the possibility of consuming too much nicotine, it also turns the e-cigarette off automatically when you are not puffing on it and turns it on automatically when you are.
